By accessing the uk golden academy educational platform, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, use or access to this Platform is prohibited. These conditions are as follows:
All materials contained in this platform are protected by applicable copyright law, intellectual property protection law, as well as applicable trademark law.
All materials contained in this platform are not downloadable by default (except for what has been permitted in terms of accessories, programs, etc.), and attempting to download them by any illegal means is a violation of the law, and legal prosecution will take place.
It is forbidden to use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public purpose (commercial or non-commercial).
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable material from the Platform for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
The platform makes every effort to obtain the highest possible quality of curricula, educational lectures, books, and course accessories, and you can check the suitability of the curriculum and content for your requirements before subscribing, and the platform also gives a guarantee of satisfaction within 30 days for replacement or within 14 days for return in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned in the following paragraphs.
Caveats
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform’s website.
Remove any copyright, watermarks, notation, or other proprietary notice from the Materials.
Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you breach any of these Terms. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must delete any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or print format.
Return and exchange policy
You can, within 30 days, replace the course, or within 14 days, recover the price of the course, taking into account the following conditions that are verified by the artificial intelligence programs on the platform, bearing in mind that the violation of any of the following conditions cancels the return or exchange agreement and cannot be implemented in any way.
That you have downloaded (or attempted to download) any content of the course or any content of any course within the diploma (lecture – book – appendices).
To have run more than 20% of the course or any course within the diploma.
The report of the artificial intelligence programs is related to the possibility of return or replacement or not, and it cannot be objected to in any way.
You agree to this agreement when you subscribe to the course or diploma, and the purchase of the course or subscription in itself constitutes acceptance of the agreement.
If the conditions apply, it can be exchanged for the same value within 30 days without any additional fees.
If the conditions apply, the price of the course or diploma can be refunded after deducting 10% administrative fees and bank transfers.
The fee will be refunded to the same payment method within 10 working days from the date of the request.
Fees are refunded in the same currency and value paid (if the payment was made in pounds, the amount will be refunded in pounds).
In no case can the course or diploma be refunded after 14 days, even if the conditions apply.
In no case can the course or diploma be replaced after 30 days, even if the conditions apply.
Redemption requests are not considered during the offer periods, but are decided upon after the end of the offer period.
In the event that the promocode (discount coupon) is not activated, it is not possible in any way to claim its activation or make a settlement.
